Nothing is worse than the feeling of buying something that you don't need at the end of the day.
Rareus Pte Ltd offers a good period of not more than 30 days when received your product to decide if you want to keep it.
If you changed your mind, contact us and our staff will assist you on the return.
Here's a checklist to follow before returning the product to us:
(1) Product MUST NOT be used and is in resaleable condition
(2) Original packaging must be in tact and remain sealed (if applicable)
(3) Original invoice must be presented upon return
(4) Original accessories must be presented upon return
If any of the above conditions are not met, Rareus Pte Ltd reserved the right to reject any returns.
Please also do note that sending back the item is at your own cost, and we are not responsible for any missing package.
Once we received the product in good condition, we will issue you a refund.
Reward Points are not refundable.
Damaged products / Out of stocks
Things happen, we can understand.
In any situation that you have received a faulty product, let us know and we will assist in replacement (please refer to "Warranty & Coverage List")
If the faulty item can't be replaced, refund will be issued for that product.
For products that were out of stocks, we will advise you on the waiting time for restocking. Should the restock time is unconfirmed or product has been obsoleted, refund will be issued.
